BTADD LENDING SERVICES
The Buffalo Trace Area Development District (BTADD) is a non-profit governmental corporation formed pursuant to KRS Chapter 147A which has as its primary purpose the promotion of economic development and the establishment of a framework for joint federal, state and local efforts directed toward providing basic services and facilities essential to the social, economic and physical development of a five-county area in northern Kentucky.
Over the past 30 years various loan programs have been established by BTADD to assist a wide range of residents and businesses in the five-county area. Our lending purpose is to stimulate economic growth and development, implement job creation, provide low to moderate income families with the opportunity of home ownership and assist those individuals with home rehabilitation.
To date we service a sound portfolio of residential loans as well as a revolving loan fund used primarily for small businesses. Our motivation is ongoing as we continue to look for avenues to increase our lending abilities.
